Privacy Policy
This website is operated by Flyer Blast, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. This policy explains what information Flyer Blast, LLC (“Flyer Blast,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you place an order
- Your name, email address, brokerage or office, and phone number.
- Property and campaign details: property address, MLS number, virtual tour or website link, MLS areas, blast dates, broker tour and open house dates and times, flyer descriptions, template choices, and notes.
- Files you upload, such as finished flyers, property photos, documents, and video.
- Your confirmation that you are authorized to place the order, and the date and version of the Terms of Use you accepted.
- Order totals, any loyalty reward used, and whether payment was completed.
You can order as a guest. Guest orders are linked to a contact record in our Wix account using the email address you enter.
When you create an account or sign in
- Accounts are optional and are managed by Wix. Your account holds your sign-in email address and any first name, last name, phone number, and company you add in My Account.
- Your password is checked by Wix’s sign-in service. Flyer Blast does not store your password and cannot view it.
- If you choose Continue with Google, Google confirms your identity to Wix and shares your basic profile information, such as your name, email address, and profile photo, according to the permissions you approve with Google. We use your name and photo or initials only to show that you are signed in.
- Orders placed while signed in are saved to your account so you can view them in My Orders, and they count toward loyalty rewards.
When you request a subscription
The subscription form collects your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, real estate license number and licensing state, the MLS areas you choose, any message you include, and the time you confirmed you want to subscribe. Requests are reviewed by hand before you are added to any email list.
When you pay
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s secure checkout page. You enter your card details with Stripe, not on our website, and we do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe tells us whether your payment was completed and the amount paid.
When you contact us
If you email us or reply to an order confirmation, we receive your message, your email address, and anything you attach.
How we use information
- To process, design, schedule, and send the flyers you order, and to contact you about your order.
- To confirm payments, send order and payment confirmations, and keep business and accounting records.
- To show signed-in customers their own order history and loyalty progress, and to issue loyalty reward codes.
- To review subscription requests and, once approved, add subscribers to the email lists for the MLS areas they selected.
- To keep customer contact records, including order totals and the date of the most recent payment.
- To answer questions, prevent fraud and misuse, enforce our Terms of Use, and meet legal obligations.
Flyers you order are sent to recipients in the MLS areas you choose. Anything shown on your flyer, such as your name, photo, brokerage, contact details, and property information, will be seen by those recipients.
Flyer Blast does not sell personal information and does not share customer data for targeted advertising.
Service providers
We use these companies to run the website and our services. Each receives only the information needed for its role and handles it under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare
- Hosts and delivers this website and manages our domain’s DNS. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
- Wix
- Stores orders, uploaded files, customer accounts, contact records, and subscription requests, and runs the account sign-in service.
- Stripe
- Processes payments. We send Stripe your email address, order number, and the items and amounts being paid.
- Resend
- Delivers our order confirmations, payment confirmations, subscription acknowledgments, and loyalty reward emails, including copies of files attached to your order.
- Constant Contact
- Sends our subscriber emails. Approved subscribers’ email address, name, optional phone number, and MLS area lists are added to Constant Contact.
- Provides “Continue with Google” sign-in when you choose it, and the reCAPTCHA check that may appear on the sign-in form to prevent automated abuse.
- 123FormBuilder
- Before this website launched, orders were submitted through 123FormBuilder forms. 123FormBuilder still holds those historical order submissions, including the contact details, order details, and files customers provided. We plan to export these records and close that account, and we will update this policy to say where the exported records are kept.
- Web-Stat
- Web-Stat Visitor Analytics is installed on our Wix site. On pages that Wix displays for us, it may record visits, including where visitors come from, approximate location, device, pages viewed, and time spent, and it may identify signed-in members.
This website’s own pages do not include analytics tags, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
Emails we send
- Order emails confirm what you ordered and when payment is confirmed. Replies go to orders@flyerblast.com.
- Loyalty reward emails deliver reward codes earned by signed-in customers.
- Subscription emails acknowledge your request. Subscriber emails sent through Constant Contact include an unsubscribe link. If you have unsubscribed in Constant Contact, a new request does not add you back to any list.
Who can see your information
- When signed in, you can see only the orders placed with your own account.
- The Flyer Blast owner dashboard is limited to specifically authorized Flyer Blast accounts.
- Uploaded files are stored privately. They are not posted publicly, and authorized downloads use links that expire after a few minutes.
Cookies and storage on your device
- Sign-in cookie. When you sign in, Wix sets a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in.
- Order draft. While you fill in the order form, your answers and chosen files are saved in your own browser so you do not lose your progress. The draft stays on your device and is not sent to us until you submit the order. It is deleted when your order is saved and expires after 7 days. Passwords and card details are never saved in the draft.
- Unpaid checkout. If you leave checkout before paying, your browser remembers a reference to that order for up to 7 days so you can resume or discard it.
You can clear this information at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for flyerblast.com.
How long we keep information
We keep order records, uploaded files, payment records, subscription requests, and contact records to provide our services, keep business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We do not currently delete these records on a set schedule. Orders removed from our dashboard are hidden, not erased. You can ask us to delete your information as described below.
Your choices
- You may order as a guest without creating an account.
- Signed-in customers can view and update their name, phone number, and company in My Account.
- You can unsubscribe from subscriber emails using the link in any of those emails.
- You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us below.
To ask us to delete your information, email info@flyerblast.com. We verify each request through the email address on file for your orders or account, and we review each request individually. We keep records we need for accounting, tax, or other legal obligations, such as records of paid orders.
Security
We use secure connections, private file storage, server-side payment verification, and account-based access controls to protect your information. No website or online service can guarantee complete security.
Children
This website is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
